Parente was present for an update on the 2010 Project. He and the core team put together an agenda
for the kick-off party to be held Sunday, March 26 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at
Clayview Country Club. He presented a
vision exercise by using a flipchart to be used during the brainstorming
sessions, and asked council members to be facilitators for each group
session. Also, he said it would be
helpful if members would encourage their ministry groups to attend. Anita Holt reported the invitations will be
finished tomorrow, and asked for help labeling and sorting them for mailing
hopefully on Wednesday. Sandy, Anita,
Ralph, and Kim volunteered to be facilitators.
2. The
Nominating Committee: Sharon Benson, Jo Krones, and Sandy Turner reported on
the candidates they contacted to fill their expiring terms on the council. Steve Wolcott wasn’t present to submit his
