Blood Drive

During Lent, people often focus on what they are giving up, like chocolate or watching tv or gossiping. How about giving up your blood? Not all of it, just a pint. That’s all it takes to save a life or two. It’s easy to do, relatively painless, and it’s the kind of sacrifice that will make you feel good inside!

Please join us on Tuesday, March 26th for our next Community Blood Center Blood Drive. You are welcome any time between 12:30-7:00pm. Appointments are encouraged and can be made online at savealifenow.org/group, using Group Code: ES. Select the March 26th blood drive and then choose a time convenient for you. Login with your username and password or click “Create One Now” if it is your first time logging in to the new donor portal. If you prefer, you can contact Nikki at 816-407-1208 or moc.r1553038942r.ck@1553038942rewop1553038942k1553038942 to schedule your appointment.  Walk-ins are also welcome, and childcare will be available. For medical eligibility questions, please call 1-800-688-0900.

Volunteers are needed to help make this day a success. Please contact Nikki if you are interested in serving refreshments, helping in the childcare area, or cleaning up after the drive. Students who would like to earn service hours should also contact Nikki to sign up.

Thank you for supporting the St. James blood drives. We’ll see you on the 26th!
